Donald and Douglas are definitely selling me on this Tarsh idea. But let's see if we can't build it up a bit more...

That wine....

Sometimes at close quarters it can be faster and more effective to go straight in unarmed. It's still a possibility.

Looks that way. "Nothing to do with me".

Yes, I'd missed that. Kallyr's wearing a red ring, too, though she's not fiddling with it.

True, it may just be generic Earth.

In league with the Tarsh resistance, the Esrolians.... yes, all sorts of options. For my own purposes some sort of link with the Far Place would also be handy, and since she isn't exactly popular with the resistance up there, getting brownie points would be a good move.

I had a couple of deductions earlier about who's hosting this meeting, but I made the mistake of phrasing it as an either/or option. Let's make it more fun. It's both. If Kallyr wants to mess up a Lunar Earth ritual, she needs a cooperative Lunar *and* a cooperative Earth priestess. She may think she can do this herself, but she's wrong, she's got no Earth magic at all. She can coordinate it, and provide the contacts, but someone else will have to do the HQ, even if she has yet to be persuaded of this. Preferably, your PCs....

So, we knew there's an Earth priestess present. A Lunar as well might explain the red stones, and possibly that piece of paper. I mean come on - writing? For Orlanthi? Kallyr's no sage, and Minaryth wold desert her if she tried to learn to read any Orlanthi script. But New Pelorian, on the other hand - yes, she reads that.
