American source for Blood over Gold?

I wasn't paying enough attention in 2007 and apparently missed the very short window in which _Blood over Gold_ and _History of the Heortling Peoples_ were in print. In fact, my favorite online source still lists _Blood_ as "forthcoming".

I see, thanks to the Chaos Society's eBay sales, that the printed edition of Blood over Gold *does* exist, at least in the German tentacles. Is it available anywhere in North America?
