At a guess some of the first copies of Blood over Gold appeared at Tentacles this year although I don't remember an announcement to that effect. I'd expect them to appear in the distribution channel in the US sometime soon and in Europe a couple of months later.
History of the Heortling Peoples is a specialist publication which doesn't go though distribution. Some traders like the Chaos Society get copies for retail. Warehouse 23 used to do so but may have dropped it for some reason.
