Red Elves in Genertela?

Hi!

The intro to the latest articles on elves (sorry, elfs) in the Mongoose e-magazine (a very good article by the way), states that red elves can be found in Genertela (in Ralios and Ramalia). I can't recall any mention of that before. Which marshes in Genertela have red elf populations? Undead elves in the upland marsh or chaotic elves in the devil's marsh, perhaps?
