That's too bad. It also makes it unlikely that I will order physical copies from your site. Living in Canada, it's very hard for me to justify paying 26 US dollars on shipping for two paperback books. I do realize that you're covering your costs, but from my point of view, that's an onerous price.
I will instead be hoping that a Canadian retailer will stock your product so that I can order it from them with (I hope) a lower chunk of overhead.
