Thanks for the reply, I'll have a think about the poll. Is it a stupid question to ask why we can't have the full ebook version in high print quality - in these days of braodband, file size is not such an issue (or is this a Lulu thing...)

What you are buying when you get the PDF, is the same print ready pdf that Lulu uses to print off the print version and the cover is a separate file, which is a single file including spine, which they don't bundle together with the download.
