I agree with you on the martial arts

I'd add in to the Keyword buying system:

3 point Keywords, Solar Sorcery, Sidereal MAs
2 point Keywords, Celestial Sorcery, Celestial MAs
1 point Keywords, Terrestrial Sorcery,TMAs

I'd Label VBoS as the Sidereal Hero style

I'd like to keep the perfects as well as for me that's also a defining part of exalted, especially as they are charms. I realise that this may unbalance HQ. The exalted way is linked to virtues that can limit them, but we've just thrown that out. Using a perfect gives you limit?
