I would suggest the services of Wizard's Attic.

I have used them and found them very good -- AND it seems to have kicked a bit of life into the local distributors, who only seem to have time and effort of CCGs or whatever (expletive) White Wolf has put out this week.

Its a frustrating experience.

  I managed to juggle various schedules Friday to make a rare trip to my usual source for all things gaming for the past 20 years. I frantically search around, but don't see Thunder Rebels. I brace myself and approach the ever-aggravating gentleman behind the counter.

Me: "Is Thunder Rebels for Hero Wars sold out already, not in yet, or just hiding somewhere?"
EAG: "Is it released yet?"
Me: "Well, on the hero wars list people in Scotland and Texas seem to have it."
EAG: "Oh, well I just talked with my distributor yesterday, and he didn't even mention it. Of course, even when he can get it it might be a while until he has enough demand to make an order."

I left quickly before I started to scream in frustration.

*sigh*
