This would be HonEel.

Dendara's not an earth goddess and given Yelm's authoritarianism, I feel the existance of any Tarshite faction making this connection to be unlikely. The nearest would be the Ernaldans of the Tarshite Sun Dome, who don't strike me as being a faction.
