Wyrm's Footprints included a scenario (mini-LARP, almost) called "Sartar High Council" which is set in 1613 just prior to Starbrow's Rebellion. Leaders of several tribes and cults (plus the number of followers the command) are mentioned, though few hold leadership positions any longer. The information therein formed the basis for several characters used in the "Home of the Bold" LARP. Doubtless the information in "Sartar Rising" will differ somewhat.
