Wow. A lot of Jeffs here, said Jeff.

This is the case. I try to make sure that the discussion/interpeation stays more or less relative to the published HW material as opposed to house rules and rulings but YGMV (Your Glorantha May Vary) is a bit of an axiom these days.

I have to admit that I do find the spectre of creeping genre-ism a bit disquieting. Too strict adherence to a genre does tend to suck all the fun out of a game. I could name a few fantasy games that were wonderfully interesting and wierd until they got far too concerned with particulars.

Particulars are the purview of the Glorantha Digest (hi, Graham!)

Some of us don't do epic poetry well. But if my players come up with a lament about herding sheep to the tune of 'Blackfly' then I'm all for it.

I'd be more pleased with folks having fun, getting into the game and teaching their friends about it, myself.

Yeah! If you can do poetry in that style, Nils Wants Your Staves! And they'd probably be wonderful material for the offical website (or even the files here, I'd be happy to post them...)

(Guy;s stuff snipped)

Play nice, folks. There's room enough for a LOT of different forms of media.

Besides, I am trying to get the sound-files from KoDP to work on my computer and having no luck. =(

Correct style for what part? =) I am sure we can get madrigals and plainsong and shanty and round and... oh.. my... lots of places to fit things.

Yes, post.
