It's certain that someone, somewhere (in fact, lots of people all over the Empire) understand this, but the average civilised Dara Happan (including most local commanders) are going to be pretty set in their attitudes. To overstate the matter, religeon is something that happens in big stone buildings with lots of pillars. Without explicit instructions, they're unlikely to go trailling about a deserted hillside in foul weather (ie good Orlanthi worship weather) looking for a 'temple' that ought to be in town anyway. And even if they DO go, unless there's a ceremony actually taking place, what sign would there be of worship?
