Knowing something intellecutally and actually grasping that EVERY hilltop in the Hill Country of Sartar Is A Temple is hard to get.

And *impossible* to guard. And how small a hill do you need? Its just an impossible task to preform so I think they just settle for getting any fixed inistallations and major sacred sites -- that's what the Nomads did to them, and it worked for the Nomads very well.

Not really. As an analogy, its reaching. I prefer the Roman analogy.  And, I think such a discussion would not be a topic for this list...?
