Of course the Wind Towers have been removed in Tarsh and Holay, replaced by Water Mills. And in Sartar, whenever uprisings have occurred, the Lunars have gone in and destroyed them as symbols of Orlanth. There might even be a Lunar band dedicated to such destruction (though the Lunar Provincial Administration still expects to receive its share of tax from the harvests). Now the Orlanthi seek hidden places to raise new wind towers.
