An interesting dilemma, personally I'd say they were indeed guilty, but could plead their innocence as posessed by their god. But in that case, we have to accept that, in that case, Humakt/Urox are guilty of the crime... Of course, killing is their stock in trade, but not killing 'friendly' Orlanthi. They could demand trial by combat though...
