I'm sure there are plenty of clans who maintain a chariot or two for
ritual purposes. They might even race them up and down a bit for
fun/showing off.
Chariots are no longer used as a weapon of war, though. It's a lot
like the shiny ceremonial swords, etc. that lots of armies still have
in the RW. Impressive, used for rituals, but nobody really takes them
to war nowadays.
