I also belive that cottars of different steads are quite often at another stead than their own, but in the terretory of the same clan.
There are not mills at every stead, i buy that. But there will be a mill at
each clan, wouldn´t it?
More steads of the same clan may share their resources, but you are speaking
here of different clans!
