The price and bulk goes up though when every 2 sides of print require 2 sheets of paper and 1 plastic pocket. I've done it too, but I wouldn't like it to be the default method of delivery

Hmm, must be a new(ish) feature, I don't recall seeing it. I'll take a look next time I'm looking at doing some printing...
