No, I'd say you're about right, there. Although Malkioni don't just venerate the saints etc. because it's of magical benefit to their community to do so (although that's part of it), but also because the saints provide easily understandable paths to an eternally joyous afterlife.
The Zzaburi and Brithini don't really venerate anyone - that's what makes them 'atheists' - they just follow rules. And they don't really have an afterlife in any meaningful sense.
