 I have been running it that for the virtues that come with the aspect and Subcult , initiates should have them and devotes must have them [pick a number between 12 and 17 that best represents your PC]. Those virtues from the great god are what they should aspire to. So depending on how devoted they are they could have all some or none of the great god virtues. It all depends on the character of the PC. For example if your Ernalden has no kids of her own then she is unlikely to have Nurturing as a virtue. If she likes stirring it up amongst others then she probably won't have seeks peace.

Also note it says you can either write virtues down as an ability or roll play them. So don't take any great god virtues that you would not want to roll play.
