This would be Combat, Movement from the Vinga ASPECT of Orlanth and Protection from the Defender SUBCULT of Vinga. The additional subcult of Helemakt would provide the Wind afinity. She would not get the stand alone storm feats.

This is JUST like Orlanth Adventurous Helemakt discussion of previous times.
