Three, IIRC. I think that Greg's commented on it here and at the GTA meeting. Sartar Rising! is the time before the storm and the 'day in the life' and the start of the Hero Wars arc and the rebellions. I'm not sure just where it ends but its in the early-mid 1620's.
On a side note: I like the idea that your clan and tribe are the cradle you must outgrow as your heroes become more important to the powers that be (and can become folks like that themselves).
