Yes. There are exceptions - bobcats can't breed with alynxes, AFAIK, but cows are one of those generic things that can and do interbreed.

They'd just be cows. Of course, if we're talking about cow daimones breeding with bull spirits somehow, then the offspring gets to chose which to be - Yinkin for instance, chose to be a deity like his mother, rather than a great spirit like his father. Animals and plants can be (and usually are) mixed, but the beings on the Other Side don't have that luxury.
