Yep. They're in the "Dragon Pass" boardgame.

We don't have firm info. In DP, dinosaurs always appeared on certain fixed hexes, but it could be any of the four species that appeared at each hex (random draw from the Triceratops, Brontosaur, Trachodon and Pteranodon counters).
My guess is that they generally congregate at known points, because it's more fun. But they do have a wide range, and could fly anywhere in the Pass.
