Another possibility on electronic publishing would be for someone to aggregate episodes and make them available on a web site based on a subscription model.  Charge people who want to get to the website something and divide it amongst the authors based on the number of downloads. Of course, that requires that you have the technical ability to (a) accept and manage electronic payments, (b) manage passwords, and (c) track downloads. More importantly, you either have to convince subscribers that quality publications will be coming their way or be able to change prices depending on the material. (On changing prices, a couple of models present themselves. One would be to charge a single annual subscription for everything, but the price for new subscribers rises as the quantity of material increases. Another would be to have sub-sets of material published on a monthly basis with adifferent fee for each month.)

This all sounds horribly complex, but perhaps someone knows about something that matches it.
