Well, here's my ideas, off the top of my head.
The Malkioni are in a somewhat different position than the
Heortlings. The Westerners are resident aliens in a Theist land -- they certainly don't have as much to lose as the Orlanthi with the Lunar invasion. In most cases, I suspect the general attitude is "hunker down and see." Malkioni with close ties to Esrolians probably follow their sponsor's lead -- if that's the Red Earth, they are pro-Lunar (at least on the surface). Malkioni with clear political positions in the area (Richard the Tiger-Hearted for example) oppose the Lunars as much as any other kings

As far as orthodox Malkioni go (of whatever sect), the Lunars are just another bunch of pagans -- followers of corrupt sorcerers who've forgotten what they are -- the Lunars are more accepting of true magic, but that doesn't count for much at the door to Solace. Of course, the Holy Country has more than its share of unorthodox Malkioni; Westerners who really like the system are less likely to go and live among the savages of central Genertela, after all.

The Lunars are tolerant of everyone, of course, as long as they see the rightness of the Lunar way. I suspect the Aolians would be suppressed as Orlanth-friendly, or perhaps co-opted in some way. Other than that, I'm sure the Colleges are very interested in getting access to Western magical texts and techniques. The average Lunar-on-the-street doesn't care, as long as the grain and games keep coming, and she personally doesn't end of fighting in Dragon Pass. The Dara Happa despise everyone -- clearly this who "Invisible God" nonsense is a misunderstanding of the mysteries of Aether. The Alkothi just want to kill, while the Darjiinians just want to have fun. I'm sure other Lunarized cultures have their own views.
