I hope the Bard does not take offence. Saw Henry V with friends and was reminded of King Bryon.

The Great Darkness is come. Prepare to Fight.

Jeff

He that shall live this day and see old age Will yearly on on this night feast his kin And say "Tomorrow is Brastalos."
Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars And say, "These wounds I had on Brastalos' Day" Old men forget, yet all shall be forgot
But he'll remember with advantages
What feats he did that day. Then shall our names, Familar in his mouth as household gods,
Bryon the King, Kallyr and Argrath
Finval and Garvin, Ongerin and Goldgotti, Be in their drinking horns freshly remember'd. This story shall the good man teach his son; And Brastalos-Iceland shall ne'er go by,
>From this day to the end of Karulinoran
But we in it shall be remembered;
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers; For he shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile This day shall raise him to my Ring
And thanes in Heortland now a-bed
Shall think them selves accurs'd they were not here, And hold their manhood cheap while any speaks That fought with us upon Brastalos' Day.
