But Rinliddi is in no way comparable to Peru during the Second World War. It's an important place during the hero wars as not only are the Lunar Empire and the Pentans going to come to blows there, great heroic acts occur there to restore the ancient bird-riders (who were pretty tough in the Storm Age). That's why attention has been focused on it.
