This is very true, even if it does risk getting a little rulesy (see also http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hw-rules/message/6167 )

Your typical IG worshipper will be part of a congregation lead by a Wizard who has a high magical skill. He will cast blessings on the Congreagation which will pretty much always benefit from being cast in a holy place (the Church or shrine) with the full support of the Congregation, and often at ritually appropriate times (since Sorcery is easier than Theistic magic to extend over a period of time this is less of a problem than it might be for theists). Liturgical blessings cast in this way affect the whole congregation as a single target (something Theists often can't do until they naster the cult secret), and have no chance of "backfiring" (if 400 Orlanthi Thunderous devotees cast Thunderbolts at their foes, one of them will get a Complete failure and blow himself up).

His "Time Investment" in all this is 10% compared to the Devotee's 60% (and noone below a devotee is likely to be using the "flashy" theistic feats...), and he isn't requiored to sacrifice items of value to power his magic...
