And if you write a scenario consider non-Gloranthan magazines. Bruce Ferrie has a scenario coming out in Valkyrie (ask him which issue) and they are said to be keen on more HW material. Don't know if anyone has tried Pyramid yet. Oh, and AFAIK they both pay.

I'm certainly planning on knocking up a scenario for one of these two in the near term.
