It is not surprising that Hero Wars hasn't been pulling in new gamers, as Issaries seems to have a lack of interest in supporting the game themselves. The sterling work of David Millians and Michael Schwartz aside, the last Gencon U.S. was a complete shambles. Having risked my health to attend the convention, it was really heartbreaking to see Issaries miss yet another opportunity to bring more than a handful of players into the fold. Even the friendly companies that where there seemed completely uninterested in Hero Wars having a presence at the Convention.
