I think the quality of recent supplements has blinded you to the fact that Issaries is a tiny company, with very limited resources (in terms of both money and staff).
Also their definition of "support" must be different from yours -- they seem to prefer supporting the game by putting out more supplements.
What would you see as being better support? Perhaps there's something simple that they could do.
