Hi, segolene!
Inside most RPG fans that I've met is the urge to have something of theirs (an idea, a suggestion, a sourcepack) become "official". I think that this is especially true for Glorantha fans.

Of course, RQ has been around for more than 20 years, and HW has only been around for 1 or 2. The two rules systems are attempting to do very different things, as well, and not all fans of RQ will be interested in doing things the HW way. Of course, not all fans of RuneQuest play in Glorantha, either.

If they are getting new Gloranthan material, and buying the supplements, then I still don't see the problem. It should be possible to adapt much of the source material in HW to RQ.

A lot of the material about Dragon pass Orlanthi will be useful in Ralios, as well. I would look forward to seeing anybody else's campaign material in other regions of Glorantha, too, even if it isn't "official". Creativity should not be shackled by the iron chains of orthodoxy.

Hoody-hoo!
