Does he need to take the Ten Tests _again_ ? Wasn't the time he took them in 1250 enough?
After all, Moonson is called the 77th Emperor of Dara Happa, not the 77th, 78th, 79th, 80th, 81st... etc) Emperors. Re-taking the Tests implies that each incarnation is a different person to the preceding Red Emperor...
