Firstly otherworld entities can't normally change allegiances, only mortals can make such changes. Secondly, such a spirit would think in terms of joining the Storm Tribe rather than Orlanth. Since there is a place for himthere as a spirit (either among the Kolatings or the spirits of the Earth Witch), no drastic adjustment need be made.
