Balmyr moved?

Greetings all.
This is my first posting.

I've finally gotten Barbarian Adventures (good!) But one question arises as I reading it.

When did the position of the Balmyr tribe move to the south?

The Questlines article says that this tribe lies just on the southen foot of the Quivin Mts.

So, I've played Gloranthan games depending on this information (through some Japanese fanzines, I just read Questlines very recently...).

However, BA page 5 map means that the near-HeroWars-era Balmyr lives between the Sambari and the Sylangi, east to the Sun Dome County!

Please tell me when and why it moved.
