The subjects of the Dragon Emperor generally hold westerners in
disdain, esp. the hairy barbarians of Dragon Pass
But what do they think of the EWF, a dragon-friendly empire?
Do they regard it as some hideous perversion of Dragon worship, the
single moment of glory in the history of the benighted west?
