Actually, that is provided in TR:

Your Stead (pg 18) has ~250 cattle - 80 'clan property', 170 'Stead/family property'
Your Clan (pg 29) has ~8.5 steads, so ~680 'clan' cattle
>From this, a clan must pay yearly (You are being Plundered!, Pg 25)
100 cattle to the Tribal King +
150 to one of the 'gilds (Tarsh, Prax, Horse) + 250 to Lunars for various reasons
for a total of 600 outgoing per year.

Or a stead pays annually:
12 cattle to the Tribe
18 cattle to a 'gild
30 to the Lunars
