I'm just an antipodean colonial (though due to group rules I am forbidden to apologise for the fact). I rely on my world news from the lefty, commo ABC (oz version) the eurocentric, sadly-semi-socialist BBC and Guardian, and the terminally confused Google Beta. However, I've come to learn that the USA is the big bit below Canada, and is included in the group of countries who drive on the wrong side of the road. Its where MacDonalds come from, right? And Hollywood is your second biggest state. I also understand that Texas is a small sheep station.

But I'm afraid most of these references are lost on me. Are they related to Iraq? Now Lieberman I've vaguely heard of. Are these people Democrats? Where's General Clarke?

And does Fox News run a website? :) I may need edukating.

Cheers

John
