How about HQ - Glorantha/HQ Mailing Lists - using the extended contest rules to simulate:

• quoting OOP sources
• getting hung up on semantics/the climate of Prax
• bemoaning the (lack of) publications policy
• having the "four worlds model - load of b***locks" argumnet
• starting a general flame war over someone's pet project/hate

while trying to avoid being:

• privately moderated (marginal defeat)
• publicly moderated (minor defeat)
• being punted to the digest (major defeat)
• having to post here instead (complete)

Looks , like I just wrote the rules. At least it means it won't have to go in GenHQ...
