I have no idea, I didn't know it said that. All you quoted was it "outsizing a dream dragon".

SIZ is a measure of weight, not length/depth, of course. A flying creature is presumably low density? And wyverns have tails?

Not that I have the SIZ to lbs/kg conversion chart here, nor much idea how to convert that to length.

What do we compare with? Birds?

RSPB website tells me
Length: 44-46cm Wingspan: 52-60cm Weight: 180-270g for a magpie.

didn't a SIZ unit equate to about 6kg?

so the wyvern weighs roughly 200kg
so that's about 1000 times the magpie.
giving a length of, erm, 450m
Unless I lost a zero somewhere. Even 45 metres would seem to be quite enough.

Picking a less long-tailed bird that happens to be on the same page, a marsh harrier
weight around 500g, length around 50cm.

The wyvern works out at 200m long this time. Still quite big.

Of course, the same sums would apply to a dream dragon.

So, how many horses was it, and how long are they?
