You'd be looking for the Yahoo!Groups called HeroQuest-RPG (world) or HeroQuest-rules (game).
You might be interested in some of the other Glorantha/HeroQuest lists mentioned at www.etyries.com/lists.htm
And the forums at rpg.net and The Forge (indie-rpgs.org) have plenty of HeroQuestly goodness as well. (The Forge has a dedicated HQ forum, often v. theoretical; RPG.net doesn't, but the forums there have a good search engine).
