Not that it matters, as we can despise his views wherever he comes from.
Oh, and in case Bruce is feeling left out, in the spirit of the list
"That Bruce Ferrie, He always knows which Handkerchief to show..." (I've no idea what it means either, but I'd hate to think of Bruce worrying why there was some piece of abuse that he wasn't good enough for...)
