While that does involve corporate identity (at least you can still talk about M$ without having to sing, as with Intel - dadeedadum - processors), the only organisation so far affording to step on toes with M$ and keep processing has been the EU.
M$ core business isn't about copyrights. It's about over-prized licenses. Which hasn't been complained about Issaries' licenses yet...
