Without having ever read the product, I would point out that a CA RP may not always have been CA. If, say, they had been an Issaries Trader Prince who was healed and devoted their lives to CA in return, this sort of thing would be entirely possible. And the staff attack skill then becomes a temptation, not Munchkinism.
