You know, when I was in my rock 'n' roll years (c. 1993-6), and a(n incompetent) bass-player for the 'acclaimed' Boltonian extreme metal outfit DER-UNTERMENSCH*, I'm ashamed to say that I think our flyers for Slovenian 'zines and gigs in Bury claimed our music was "Dark Gothic Power". Which is nice.

We split c. 1996-7 (I honestly can't remember exactly when; our 'manager' and record label honcho suggested our demise was through "a lack of effort and an inability to play live", which is a remarkably fair epithet). Most of our web-presence has gone, but I did find one review in Magyar...

Cheerio,

Stu.

*All I can say in my defence is that I was not in the band when they chose the name. I can also state that they chose the name because they had no knowledge of German, Nietzsche or National Socialist interpretations of his philosophy, but simply noted that it was the name of a song by TYPE O NEGATIVE, and thought it sounded cool. Oh, they were certainly stoned, and probably on acid at the time.
