Oh come on Jeff, it's as good as most commercial or chain places anywhere else. The term "tex mex" is what is meant by such theme joints. If you want authentic Mexican you wouldn't be saying tex mex.

Not sure I want to imagine Chinese in Essen, or anything else out that way either.

Look me up next time you're here and we'll start at Asmen for a few Adios Motherfuckers, and then on to some fun places, avoiding your tacky tex mex dumps.

The Texan Embassy hardly even rises to the level of Taco Time. I've been there and I was almost as horrified as I was by the "Chinese food" of Essen.
