Check H.P. Lovecraft for miscegenation and racial impurity as signifiers of intrinsic evilness and corruption, and the untrustworthiness of all things foreign, all of which is readily translatable to Call of Cthulhu style gaming (and from time to time has been in play).

The Horror At Red Hook is a good story to start with to get the feel - foreign immigrants bring their foreign ways, who knows what evil they are consorting with in their foreign rituals? In that story the villains were kurds, poor bastards.

I never got around to the sequel story I wanted to write, in which it is revealed that Saddam Hussein only gassed the kurds because they were vile demon worshippers, whose barely human blood was fully corrupted by the stain of the foul otherworldly things they worshipped and conjoined with - nerve gassing their filthy underground lairs was the ONLY REASONABLE THING.

This sort of fear of the untrustworthy blood of foreigners gives a good justification for total medical invasion of privacy too. It need not be purely Lovecraftian, of course - David Ickes evil lizard people work well, too.

I have often thought about playing with the various trappings of mad Nazi occultism - the holy vril, the Spear of Destiny, SS Werewolves, the Thule Bruderschaft, but never got around to it. I'm pretty sure there is a good Kenneth Hite Suppressed Transmission column about SS werewolves, if you have access to that (ie Pyramid subscription). Ken Hites work is well worth checking out anyway.

Seems to be popular in the ACT. I've heard a few tales of people who probably shouldn't running screaming around Black Mountain in the middle of the night.

Actually, some of the ethnic branch stackers of the Liberal party (particularly the hard right conservative so called 'Uglies' faction that is very influential in NSW) have serious links to old school European Nazism. Its just not something they talk about in public much, but its real enough.

I like the idea of a project a lot, BTW - its a great pity we here in the Western bits of of Oz have never got hooked into the excellent East coast free form convention game scene.
