Every Lightbringer cult is terribly over-represented in terms of page count vs. population percentage.

One might say, Vinga is the cheap way to get access to cool Storm feats through cultic practice. HeroQuest challenges are the other way to get that access, and maybe should be the normal way for out-of-the-norm possession of feats. There are formalized challenge quests, e.g. Hill of Gold.

So should Vinga's, IMnsHO. She has a mythology of her own (retaining some female properties) which has to be missing from Orlanth's "I'm a fertile, juvenile male and willing to prove that" mythology in turn.

IMG Vinga Niskis (perhaps the best parallel to Stu's ELVES) shouldn't happen outside of comic-book/pure-MGF Glorantha (which has its uses - just look at all the twagic durulckz)...
