IMO, Barntar and Ernalda were both poorly treated in Thunder Rebels and Storm Tribe. For what it is worth, I have seen Barntar and Enraldan characters in several games and they have been amongst the most fun - and relevant - characters in any games (the Barntar character who pulled off the Stormwalk Path Quest and tamed Urox was a hoot),

I've never written a scenario in my life and am unlikely too. I've written plenty of gaming materal. You can buy some gaming material of mine starting the end of this month - one is a narrative of how we handled a twenty year Colymar campaign. My usual style is plenty of background, lots of NPCs, figure out the conflicts involving the players and then let the players create their own problems. Seems to work pretty well.
